How to Install Your eSIM
Setting up your eSIM takes less than 2 minutes. Follow the steps for your device below.
iPhone (iOS 16+)
- Open Settings
- Tap Cellular -> Add eSIM
- Tap Use QR Code
- Scan the QR code you received
- Tap Continue and follow the prompts
- Label the plan (e.g. "Travel") and tap Done
Your eSIM is ready. Enable it before your trip in Settings -> Cellular.
Android (Samsung, Pixel, etc.)
- Open Settings
- Tap Connections -> SIM Manager -> Add eSIM
- (on Pixel: Settings -> Network -> SIMs -> Add)
- Tap Scan QR code
- Scan the QR code you received
- Follow the on-screen steps to activate
iPad
- Open Settings
- Tap Cellular Data -> Add eSIM
- Scan the QR code you received
- Follow the prompts to activate
Important Notes
- Scan only once - QR codes are single use
- Do not delete the eSIM - once removed from your device it cannot be reinstalled or reactivated
- Wait until arrival - activate the eSIM when you land for best results
- Keep your home SIM - you can switch between plans anytime in Settings
- Compatible device required - check that your device supports eSIM before purchase

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my eSIM work immediately after scanning?
The eSIM installs immediately but data activates based on the plan type - either on first install or on first network connection in the destination country.
Can I use my regular SIM at the same time?
Yes. Most modern phones support dual SIM - keep your home SIM for calls and use the eSIM for data abroad.
My QR code is not scanning. What do I do?
Try increasing screen brightness, moving to better lighting, or manually entering the activation code. Contact us on Telegram if the issue persists.
How do I know when my data is running out?
Check remaining data in Settings -> Cellular on iPhone, or SIM Manager on Android.
